  • If you are not entirely sure on your vision and need a little creative input, we can also assist in creating a design for you

-Design

01 Image Editing
  • A photo is taken of the job site, including your home and yard
  • The photo is manipulated to look like what your finished yard will actually look like
  • This will be provided along with your estimate
02 CAD Site Design
  • Discuss specific ideas
  • Examine all site conditions, such as soil, exposure, drainage, outbuildings, access to power, etc..
  • A computer generated CAD Site plan is produced in a timely manner
  • This method provides the CAD design, itemized estimate, and package information of all plant material used and specifications
  • Cost of CAD Service is wholly dependent upon estimate of job

-Hire Top Of The Peak, LLC

  • Client and Top of the Peak, LLC agree upon time line
  • Finalize any changes to the design plan
  • Discuss contracts, warranty, and job to be performed
  • Contract signed, and a non-refundable deposit of 20% is paid

-Work Begins

  • Top of the Peak, LLC prides ourselves on working on your project from start to finish. Always one project at a time, weather permitting. Rest assured work wont stop on your project until its done
  • Any change orders will be signed and agreed upon before work is done
  • Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have during and after project completion
